Note: All services are flexible, and the details of a service will look different for every person, so these services are mostly here as a starting point. If what you’re looking for doesn’t fit neatly into one of these categories, that’s totally okay! For more general info about how services work and how to find a service that meets your needs, try the FAQ page.

One-off cleaning

A one-off clean is ideal if you:

  • want to try out a cleaning service
  • want a one-time refresh of your space
  • have a specific cleaning project you want done
  • have a busy/inconsistent schedule but want a maintenance clean

I’ll work with you to figure out how to best achieve your goals in one session. Min 2 hours, hourly rate.

Multi-session cleaning

Multi-session cleans are ideal if you:

  • have a larger cleaning project you want done over multiple sessions
  • need more consistent cleaning support over a period of time
  • have a schedule that limits the hours you are available for a clean

Multi-session cleans can be booked as a set number of hours or as a flat rate (for a larger cleaning project). 1 hour minimum per session.

De-cluttering and home organization

This service is ideal if you’re looking for support sorting, organizing, or de-cluttering your home.

For de-cluttering services, I’ll work with you to clear items out of your home.

For sorting and organizing services, we coordinate in advance about the space and the session goals, so you can either be participating during the session or I can work independently. I can help source and set up storage options (bins, shelves, and organizers) or work with what you already have.

We can take up to 8 bags of donation items during the session. and can help you coordinate pick-up or drop-off for larger items (such as furniture).

This service can be booked as an hourly service (2 hours min) or as a flat rate for a full-day or multi-day project.

Pantry, fridge, and freezer cleaning and organization

This service is ideal if you’re looking for both a cleaning and organization of your food storage space and kitchen. This is a very customizable service, but generally, it could include:

  • A deep clean of your fridge, freezer, pantry, and kitchen cabinets
  • Optional de-cluttering of old or expired items
  • Re-organizing of food storage space, aligned with your goals (i.e. visibility of perishables, accessibility, etc)

Hourly rate.

Depression clean

This is a cleaning service for spaces with extra clutter, or for services with specific additional PPE beyond an N-95 mask. This can be combined with a de-cluttering service, but it can also be a standalone service, depending on your needs.

We coordinate in advance about the level of clutter and goals for the session in order to arrive prepared with necessary supplies. This is a 100% judgement free space, and we know it can be difficult to accept support, so we approach these cleans with compassion and attention to your specific goals.

Hourly rate.

Add-on services

Certain time-intensive services or services requiring extra materials can be booked as add-ons. Knowing which add-ons, if any, are priorities for you during a service allows me to better estimate the time required for a service. Specific add-ons may have additional fees associated – see more information below.

Donations

I can take grocery bags or trash bags of donations for free and will bring them to a local secondhand store, shelter, or free store when possible.

Containers, organizers, and other storage systems

For de-cluttering and organization services, we can coordinate in advance about containers, organizers, or other storage systems to implement during the appointment. For no additional fee, I can send you links to containers or storage systems for you to purchase in advance of the service. For an additional fee, I can source and bring containers and organizers such as bins, buckets, closet organizers, drawer organizers, etc to the appointment. I cannot bring larger shelving systems or furniture.

Laundry

In-unit laundry, building laundry facilities, or laundromat services can be added on to any service over 3 hours.

Dish-washing

Loading and running an in-unit dishwasher can be added to any service for no extra cost. Hand-washing dishes can be added to any service for a fee ranging from $5-$35 depending on the amount of dishes.

Kitchen appliance deep-clean

During a 3+ hour service or any kitchen service, I can offer an additional deep-clean of ovens, stoves, and dishwashers. These services have an additional flat fee of $25.

Interior window-cleaning

As an add-on to any service, I can clean all interior windows and blinds. There is no additional fee associated but it is a time-intensive add-on that will increase the total time estimate for the service.

Rates

We use a sliding-scale system for our rates. Most jobs will be at an hourly rate, but multi-session cleans and full-day or multi-day organization services can be negotiated at a flat rate (usually at a slight discount from the hourly rate).

In the booking process, we estimate the total number of hours for a job based on the information you provide. You’re also able to choose between a flexible service (meaning the cleaner will prioritize thoroughly completing the service to your satisfaction, even if this takes longer than initially planned), or a timed service (meaning the cleaner will accomplish as much as possible within the time allotted but will leave after the estimated job duration).

To confirm your booking, we require a deposit of 25% of the estimated cost.

Hourly rate:Ideal for:
$20Very low-income, BIPOC, trans, and disabled/fixed income folks.*
$35Most clients
$45Higher-income folks who want to help make the lower-rate cleans possible!

*For our lowest rate ($20/hour), I take a set number of hours per month. Please email if you’re interested in this service. I’m also open to trades!

Payments and policies

Payments are accepted through cash, check, direct payment (Zelle, Venmo, Paypal, Cashapp), or credit card. In the booking form, you can indicate your preferred payment method. Regardless of your payment method you’ll receive an invoice showing the deposit and the total cost.

Your service is booked once I receive your deposit.

Cancellations and rescheduling

More than 3 days in advance:

If you request a cancellation at least 3 days in advance, your deposit is 100% refundable. If you reschedule at 3 days in advance, your deposit will go towards your new appointment date. I go by the general rule that if you’re cancelling more than I’m seeing you then we might not be a good fit! But for most clients, I offer as much flexibility as possible.

Less than 3 days in advance:

I offer my clients one ‘free’ last-minute change per booking. I know important things can come up suddenly, people get sick, and emergencies happen. So once per booking, any time before the service is scheduled to start (even day-of), clients can reschedule with no additional cost or cancel and receive a refund of the deposit.

If an appointment that was rescheduled last-minute has another last-minute change (either cancelled or rescheduled), there will be a cancellation fee of the total deposit or $70, whichever is less. Hopefully, this is a rare situation!

My goal is never to punish clients with my policies, especially when many of my clients have ADHD or executive functioning struggles that can make things like rescheduling an appointment or remembering to cancel very difficult. My hope is that this policy provides multiple pathways for people to navigate making changes to their bookings without incurring extra costs. Having multiple last-minute rescheduled bookings mean multiple days I may not be able to fill with other clients, which is where there is a fee associated with that situation. But I’m always happy to talk through specific situations and provide flexibility in the hopes that we can get your service done with timing that works for you!
